8. Shipping Address It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Arboria Design is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Please ensure that your address is correct before submitting your order.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at sales@arboria.ca. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it. If necessary, we may offer a replacement or refund, subject to the circumstances of the loss or damage.
