How Our Service Works
Does your plant need a re-pot but don't feel confident doing it yourself? Or perhaps you don't want to deal with the mess. We understand that repotting your beloved plants can be a daunting task. Let us help!
During our first visit, we’ll assess your plant’s current health, discuss your specific needs, and placement within your home. Next, we'll recommend new containers and care instructions to ensure your plant's ongoing success.
Finally, during our repotting visit, we will extract your plant from its pot, loosen the soil, snip and reset the roots, and repot it with fresh soil.
Our experts will take every precaution to ensure your plant's successful transition into its new pot.
Signs to Look For
Plants send out signals when they need to be repotted. Here are some signs to watch for:
- Roots are growing through the bottom drainage holes or are cracking the pot.
- Roots pushing the plant up and out of the container.
- The plant is top heavy and wants to fall over.
- The soil dries out very quickly or has pulled away from the sides of the container.
- The plant produces small leaves or shows slow to almost no new growth.
